The current affiliates are Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, Tunisia and Ukraine. The current partner standardization bodies are Australia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan.

CENELEC standards, because of their (mandatory) implementation by the CENELEC membership, grant direct access to the market of all CENELEC member countries without the need to retest, add/remove any specifications for product depending on the country of sale. CENELEC's National Members are the National Committees (NCs) of the 27 European Union countries, United Kingdom, the Republic of Northern Macedonia, Serbia and Turkey, plus three countries of the European Free Trade Association (Iceland, Norway and Switzerland). There is one member per country. CENELEC members are national organizations entrusted CENELEC is an association comprised of members who are the ‘National Electrotechnical Committees’ of European countries.
